Normally, those who are necessitated to stay in Thailand for more than 12 hours are required for a transit visa. It is best if you can contact the Thai Airways to confirm their immigration section policy regarding your concern.

You will need to open a bank account in Thailand and then transfer the required funds in the account. Regarding your concern on the Non-Immigrant O-A Visa, please contact the Thai Embassy or Consulate directly for information.

Hi I am currently the holder of a non imm B visa (4 years) and am a director of a Co., Ltd. company in Thailand.

I wish to come to Australia and marry my Thai fiancee in September with my family. Can I renew my Non Imm B in Sydney and can I change to a Marriage visa in Sydney?

    Thank you

Yes, you are able to get a non immigrant B visa with multiple entries at the Thai consulate in Sydney or you can also apply for a non-immigrant O visa with multiple entries. This non immigrant O visa can be converted into a marriage visa in Thailand.

Hi, I am wondering if the PE visa is still valid and real? It’s also called Thailand elite card visa, 5 or 20 year multiple entry, while I see a lot agents offering the PE visa, I don’t see this on your website?

    Hello,

Please update your website for visa application opening hours. It states that your visa section to lodge applications is Mon-Fri 9.30am to 1pm.
I got to the consulate 12.40pm and the lift for level 8 at the Thai Consulate was disabled. I was then told by a worker in the building that it is closed for lunch. I read the information on the wall that states 12.30pm is lunch. This is very annoying because I travelled so far.

Please update your websites ASAP. Thanks,

      Hello Tyson,

We are sorry that we were not able to update the information here about the opening hours of the Thai Consulate office in Sydney. First and foremost, we want to let you know that this website is not connected to any government agencies in Thailand. We put up this website to help our visitors by providing free information about the processes and requirements when applying for Thai visa.

Once again, we apologize and thank you for updating us about their office hours.

What do I have to do and where do I apply for a 3-month Tourist Visa to Thailand? I am a Queenslander and I have found out through this site that there is no Consulate in Brisbane.
