Sir/Madam
My wife will travel through Bangkok by Thai airways from Perth to Bangkok in the first week of March 2015 on her way to Accra, Ghana via Nairobi by Kenya airways. Does she need a transit visa for Thailand. She is an Australian permanent resident but holds a Ghanaian passport.
Thanks for your kind assistance and response.

Citizens of Sri Lanka who wish to visit Thailand are required for a visa, either travelling by air or by land border. We advise that you contact the Thai Embassy in your country regarding the visa application process. For their contact details, you may visit this website: http://sri-lanka.siam-legal.com/
Are we allowed to take kava into Thailand during our holidays this weekend? travelling from Melbourne to Bangkok to Phuket.
Kava is a traditional Pacific island non alcoholic relaxing drink.
We advise that you contact the Customs Department in Thailand regarding your concern. For reference about their contact details, you may refer to their website by clicking on the link below:

We are Australian Citizens and are travelling to Thailand via a Cruise Ship in October 15 and will be spending 2 days there, do we need a visa to leave the ship and do sightseeing
Thanks
Normally, in entering Thailand via a cruise ship, the ship personnel will assist each guest required to secure a visa or entry stamp and will charge the guests a nominal fee. It is best that you check with your cruise ship company regarding your concern.
Hi
Looking at travelling to Thailand with a cruise in December. We have been told to organise own visas to Thailand by the cruise company.
We have seen information about the bi-lateral agreement that says no visa is required for arrival via international airport. Is this the same for arrival via ship port? Your assistance with this matter is greatly appreciated.
Hi Nathaniel,
Depending on your nationality, you may be permitted to enter Thailand at any border checkpoints for a period of 15 days. For more details about entering Thailand without a visa, please check the Thai immigration website below:

Is the 65000bht month for Aust retirees for one person or a couple. We get this amount between us and don’t have any money in bank. We would like to retire to Thialand.
The 65,000 baht monthly income or pension is required per person if applying for a retirement visa to Thailand. We would love to speak with you and give you more information about this matter. Please leave your phone number and we will contact you as soon as we can.
